AnswerWe are determined to provide the easiest, best, and least expensive way to buy furniture in the U.S., and we are not satisfied unless all of our customers are delighted with their experience shopping at Wanderlust Gallerie. In the unlikely event that you do not enjoy your experience shopping with us, please contact us. We will acknowledge your complaint within two working days and will do our very best to resolve the issue as fast as possible.
Question Can I change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?
AnswerNeed to make changes to your order? No worries, we’re happy to help! You have 1 hour to change or cancel your order. We work quickly to ship your order in the requested time frame. If you are not able to make changes, our Return Policy makes it easy to return your purchase.
Question When will my order ship?
AnswerOn average, our stocked products will ship within 24-48 hours.

Question What if I received my order damaged?
AnswerWe apologize for the inconvenience if an item has arrived damaged or defective. Please contact us so we can address this issue.
Question When will I receive my order confirmation?
AnswerWithin an hour after placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive the order confirmation, please check your spam folder.
Question How many promo codes can I use when I place my order?
AnswerYou can use one (1) promo code per order.
Question Why was my order delayed or canceled?
AnswerA: Wanderlust Gallerie strives to keep merchandise status up-to-date but occasionally there are
situations when an item may be out of stock and not evident until the fulfillment process. This can be due
to damaged items, high order volume, etc.
Every order is unique so reasons for cancellations and delays vary. They can be, but are not limited to:

  • Type of items ordered
  • Quantity of items ordered
  • How long the item was sitting in your shopping bag
  • The address and telephone number you provided for your credit card account does not match what your bank has on file
  • You are shipping your order to an address other than your billing address

If any of these conditions apply to your order, you may be contacted by Customer Service for additional verification. If they are unable to reach you, your order will be canceled.

Question Why is there a charge on my credit card if my order was canceled?
AnswerWhen you place an order, we put an authorization hold on your credit card in the amount of your order. This hold secures the funds and is not charged until your order ships.
If your order is canceled for any reason, Wanderlust Gallerie will send an authorization reversal to your bank.
The exact amount of time until the hold is removed from your account is determined by your bank or credit card company, so the time frame may vary.
Question What do I do if I get a credit card error when purchasing online?
AnswerWhen placing an online order using your credit card, please ensure that:

  • You have entered the account number as it appears on your card
  • Please omit spaces and/or dashes
  • You have selected the correct card type
  • You have entered all required fields on the order form
  • Telephone number and e-mail address are required
  • If you are using an American Express card, you use the 4-digit code on the front of the card instead of the security code located on the back of your card

Question How can I track my order?
AnswerOnce your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier’s website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once is in transit.
Please note: It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on UPS, FedEx, USPS sites.
Question How do I exchange merchandise?
AnswerWe want you to love your Wanderlust Gallerie purchase. If for any reason* you need to exchange an item, we will gladly assist you. Please contact Customer Service with any exchange request.
*Items must be in new condition with all original packaging and tags.
Question Is it safe to use my credit card online?
AnswerAbsolutely. We use 128-bit encryption via a Secured Socket Layer (SSL) to provide the safest, most reliable protection. Statistically, you are at greater risk using your card over a cellular telephone!
